THE LISTENING PROJECT 
Initiated in October 2001, the initial phase of the Manoa Strategic Planning Process involved a community-wide Listening Project.  With the support of various governance groups, the Manoa Chancellor's Office held conversations with students, faculty, staff, and the community on the future of our University through a series of events and through on-line discussion.
