Defining Our Destiny: A Manoa Strategic Planning Event
On February 1, 2002 over 1400 faculty, staff, students, alumni, parents, and community members gathered at the Campus Center Ballroom to talk about the future of the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. Using a process called Open Space Technology, participants initiated topics and led discussions on three questions. 

What are your highest hopes and aspirations for our University?  What are the key challenges and barriers that we must overcome in the next 5 years? How can we work together now to achieve the vision?
