The 2011–2015 Strategic Plan
Achieving Our Destiny, the 2011-2015 University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Strategic Plan, was developed through a collaborative, data-driven, and transparent effort involving more than 1400 students, staff, faculty, administrators, alumni, and community members. It was reviewed by the Board of Regents in July 2011.
Implementation of Achieving Our Destiny began in Fall 2011. The implementation process involves a Strategic Planning Committee composed of students, faculty, administrators and alumni representatives and will remain transparent. Links to relevant data contained on this site are designed to facilitate review by anyone interested in the continuing evolution of Manoa campus and will be updated regularly.
Strategic plan working group membership, recommendations and meeting notes can be found on our implementation process page. We welcome input from campus stakeholders on current working group recommendations, as well as ideas for additional initiatives or issues that might be addressed through our strategic planning and implementation processes.
If you would like to volunteer to serve on a working group or have questions, comments or suggestions you may contact Susan Hippensteele, Strategic Planning Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or 956-2299 or through our Suggestion Box below.
