Registration Override Codes Chart

For additional Mānoa error messages, visit Registration Errors. Instructions for faculty to enter override codes can be found at Registration Override Codes Instructions.

In order for students to enroll in restricted courses as specified in the course listings of the UH Mānoa Catalog and Check Class Availability, they must obtain approval from the respective college, department, program or instructor. During a student's registration session, error messages will inform them of conditions that exist which prevent them from enrolling in the class, such as if the course section is already closed (see chart). The appropriate Mānoa override code must be entered into their student record by the authorized representative before they will be able to register for the course. Students may view these codes on their Check My Registration Status page in MyUH. Please remember that students must still register for the course during their registration period.

Note: You must only select override codes that begin with 'Mānoa' (see chart below).
