Leadership Matters
Department Chairs Series
This 12-session series will provide new and recently recruited chairs/directors with a wealth
of information to help manage their academic department. Sessions will cover a range of topics
from tenure & promotion to faculty incivility to data management. Presenters/ panelists will
include our Vice Chancellors and staff members ready, willing, and able to assist you in the
important role of leading your academic unit.
