Honolulu-based Internet entrepreneur Rosetta Thurman shares her success story and teaches you how to become a successful blogger and Internet entrepreneur in a free 90-minute session on Wednesday, April 27, 2:00-3:30 pm at Leeward Community College, Education Building, Room 201. The presentation is free and open to the public and is sponsored by Leeward CC Student Government in partnership with the UH Academy for Creative Media.

Thurman is an Amazon Bestselling Author of Launch Your Business: The 5 Step Solution to Author of Do What You Love, Quit Your Job and Have the Freedom to Travel and Live Life on Your Own Terms. Thurman is also the founder of happyblackwoman.com, a vast online community focused on empowering women through personal development and entrepreneurship. 

As a business mentor, Thurman teaches women to launch profitable location-independent businesses. Thurman has been featured in Forbes Woman, The Washington Post, Black Enterprise, Essence and BBC London. Thurman is currently based in Honolulu.

The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session. Special giveaways and snacks will be provided to student attendees.
