Special 25th Anniversary Program: Challenger...the Journey Continues

Media are invited to join more than 40 students in grades 2-5 and their parents as they learn through an action-packed, space-themed educational program with activities such as launching rockets, building and programming robots and cultivating “space agriculture.”

Since 1991, More than 9,000 student and parent partcipants have voyaged on journeys of exploration to the Moon, Mars and our own Earth through Future Flight Hawai‘i.  This is the programʻs 25th year.  It is sponsored by the Hawai‘i Space Grant Consortium and is designed to catalyze a child’s interest in science, technology and the future.
