Financial Literacy Program hosts Money $mart Workshop - Version 1.0

In celebration of Financial Literacy month in April, the UH Mānoa Financial Literacy Program, in collaboration with American Savings Bank, will be holding a series of free workshops titled, “Money $mart Workshop – Version 1.0.” The workshop series, which is open to the public, is designed to help participants learn the basics of personal finance, financial management and banking to get them on their way to being “money smart.”
 
For three consecutive Thursdays, April 12, April 19 and April 26, from 4:30-6 p.m. in Kuykendall Hall room 307, attendees will learn specifically about topics related to cash flow management, credit, debt management and credit cards. The workshops are full of interactive hands-on activities, as well as insights and personal tips on money management from industry professionals. Workshop attendees are eligible for free prizes and giveaways.

Thursday, April 26, 2012 – Debt Management and Credit Cards
