Law Review presents commemorative symposium on March 31

The University of Hawai‘i Law Review is pleased to present a commemorative symposium on the landmark cases of the Supreme Court of Hawai‘i since 1993.  The symposium will be held on Thursday, March 31, from 11:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at UH Mānoa's William S. Richardson School of Law classroom 2.

The symposium will commemorate Ronald T.Y. Moon’s seventeen years of service as Chief Justice and focus specifically on those Moon Court cases that have had a significant impact on Native Hawaiian rights, land use and the environment, and same-sex marriage.  

Speakers will include: Law School professors Denise Antolini, David Callies, Sylvia Law, Melody K. MacKenzie, Michael Sant’Ambrogio.  Discussants will include Associate Justices Robert G. Klein (retired) and Steven H. Levinson (retired).
