Leeward Community College presents its annual Family Fun and Craft Fair on Saturday, October 26, 2002, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Leeward CC. The event is free and open to the public with free ample parking.

The fair will feature performances by the Ala Ike Ukulele Ensemble, Hanayagi Dancing Academy, Pacific Fleet Band, Rose Manzano Line Dancers, Here Tama Nui Tahitian Dance Troupe, and the Royal Hawaiian Band, as well as a new expanded Car Exhibit for 2003 models and food booths. A new attraction titled "Excitement in Education" will feature a variety of hands-on, interactive, educational activities including Chemistry Magic, Volcano, Optical Illusions, Math Activities, Polymer Putty, Geography, and Face Painting.

The fair is a great opportunity for families and friends to meet the faculty and staff of Leeward CC and to learn about the programs the college has to offer. Last year, over 8,000 people attended the fair.
