Traffic signal advisory

The public is advised that the traffic signal at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo main entrance intersection on West Kawili Street is tentatively scheduled to begin normal operation starting Thursday, October 22, at 9 a.m. Lights will be placed on flashing operation beginning Wednesday, October 21. Motorists are encouraged to use extra caution during the initial familiarization period.
