The 5th annual KIDS FIRST! Film Festival returns on Sundays, June 5, 12 and 26. Films are free of gratuitous violence; race, gender or religious bias; and condescension towards children.
The Little Engine That Could

Winner of three South African Film and Television Awards. The adventurous journey of a rare white lion cub who rises above many challenges to become one of the most powerful and revered lions in all of Africa. Features lions trained by Kevin Richardson, star of the National Geographic series, The Lion Ranger.
Gloriously shot in Africa, some scenes of animals hunting may be challenging for sensitive viewers.
