Western Undergraduate Exchange
The Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) is a program of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE). Students who are residents of WICHE states may enroll at UH Mānoa at a reduced tuition rate.
Qualifications
To attend UH Mānoa as WUE student, you must:
- Apply and be accepted as a degree-seeking undergraduate student
- Be a resident of one of the following states:
- Alaska
- Arizona
- California
- Colorado
- Idaho
- Montana
- Nevada
- New Mexico
- North Dakota
- Oregon
- South Dakota
- Utah
- Washington
- Wyoming
Note: Second bachelor's degree, architecture, nursing, and dental hygiene program applicants are not eligible for WUE.
